Moved into a new home. None of the garage door openers worked. Read the reviews of the cheaper ones not lasting and the ones here looked like them. I decided to order Liftmaster ones even though they were more expensive. They arrived and I had both installed in ten minutes. This far both are working fine. They were easy to program. I am not a techie and I had no problems. Life is so much easier when your garage door works!!

Works better than original

This actually works as described and allows us to program vehicles as well. Outstanding value and easy to setup. A must have Liftmaster add on!

This is actually a replacement for the 1st remote I ordered, which connected easily with the garage door, but then would not consistently operate the garage door; I returned it for an exchange and crossed my fingers. IMPORTANT: After initially setting up the remote, let it sit overnight (or at least an hour or two). For some reason, possibly related to the rolling security codes, when initially set up, the remote sometimes takes several clicks before the garage door responds. I've now had the remote for a month and, since day 2, it has operated flawlessless and exactly like the original remotes we received with the garage door opener. I highly recommend this replacement remote if you need an extra for a 3rd+ car or to replace an original.
