Does it deoxidize contacts?

the simple answer is yes---that's what this product is supposed to do. however, oxidized contact cleaning is a matter of degree with chemical cleaners. extremely oxidized contacts would not be much helped. but for most of our protected(stored indoors) electronic equip crc is very helpful. watch skin contact as this liquid seems particularly irritating---otherwise it works as it should---esp in small, tight places where one can't hand burnish electrical contact points. mike h.

can i iuse it to clean my Milwaukie 1/4 impact driver?

I would feel safe to do so, It will clean dirt and residue. you may need to re oil and or repack any grease around gears and bearings as it will leave them dry.If it is an air impact, re oil.

More for electrical parts. Brakekleen would be better for gun parts
