I have been desperately ill with sinus issues for over 4 months with little relief from any source. I have had multiple tests (MRI, CTSCAN, Angio-gram, EKG, Labs, X-rays) with no indication of why I am so dizzy. I went to an Ear/Nose/Throat Specialist, who put tubes in my ears. Still no relief. I saw a Neurologist, who prescribed several medications. No relief. My desperation led me to an internet forum where I read someone recommending XLEAR MAX nasal spray, so I ordered a bottle. Upon opening the package (at night) I immediately tried one spray in each nostril, praying for relief from the sinus pressure. I was ready for any amount of pain, and didn't care, as long as I get some relief from the sinus pressure. The pain from the spray is nothing to really mention. It's nothing compared to chronic sinus pressure. This spray has really helped to get my sinuses to open up and begin the long process of clearing out. I am using one spray in each nostril up to three times daily, until my sinuses clear. While the package instructions say 1-3 sprays into each nostril once daily, not intended for daily use, I have spread the sprays out throughout the day for the best results. I am not symptom free but I am feeling better than I have in months. XLEAR Max sinus spray really does go to work to relieve my sinuses of inflammation and pressure. I feel this spray gets higher into my sinuses than other sprays I have tried, and I have tried several. I do have some rebound pressure after using this spray, like with any nasal sprays, but the overall relief is wonderful. This nasal spray is almost miraculous. I will definitely buy this again and look for the companies other products.

If you are stuffed up and need relief, this is will open you right up. Since it has pepper in it, start with 1 spray, wait 20 minutes and if you need more, try another. In other words, find out how much your nose needs, I settled on 2 sprays per nostril.

This keeps my sinuses clear for the whole night. I am very happy with the results and reduces my need for a vasoconstrictor type spray.

My husband and i both use this and have been using these guys products for a while now. We like the benefits we get from it being natural compared to other store brands, there is no red food coloring in it. The bottle is red. The spray does sting and make your eyes water but that's very temporary and only lasts a few mins if that. I feel like it does help with drainage and makes me feel better about my congestion. I know that the capsicum is killing the bacteria in my nostrils. Overall we are pleased with this brand and feel like we reap a few benefits. Thanks Xlear🌶🔥

I've gotten about 4-5 sinus infections in the last few months, with some SERIOUS sinus congestion. I couldn't breathe at all out my nose (either one nostril or both), barely slept, and I was just miserable for several days. I tried both natural and medicated stuff to treat it. None of it worked too well or too long, or the side effects just sucked. A couple of days ago I discovered how awesome the regular Xlear works to clear out the mucous, but my sinus congestion was so extreme that I had to use it over and over again. It worked, it just required several doses over about 10-15 minutes to get all of the snot out. Well today I got this Xlear Max and WOW, it works!! If only I had this stuff months ago, I could've saved myself a ton of misery of not being able to breathe out my nose. It burns like everyone says, but it doesn't last that long and honestly it's not that bad. The burn is soooo worth it, it means it's working! And it works really quickly, I'm blowing out a ton of snot in less than a minute after I use the spray, and I can breathe so much better afterwards. I still don't feel as great or breathe as great as when I don't have a sinus infection, but this is the closest I can get I think. It's pretty awesome. In a nutshell, Xlear is great for everyday use when you get a little stuffy, and this Xlear Max is for serious congestion. I will never be without these 2 nasal sprays again.

Works great! Cleared out my nose better than my prescription nose sprays! The first time I used it I did feel a little burning, but not bad....just knew it was working! With the xilotol it has a sweet after flavor if it drips down the back of your throught, unlike the nasty flavor from some of the prescription allergy nose sprays.

Sadly this product did not work for me. I've had much better luck with standard extra strength saline solutions. But, then, everyone is different. Just sharing. Cheers!

Xlear MAX Natural Xylitol Saline Nasal Spray with Capsicum and Aloe I heard about this product on the "Kat James Podcast," and everything said about it was wonderful, and that is when I ordered it. I will say it is the best nasal spray I have ever used.

I have used the xylitol sprays before but always had to revert to the medicated nasal sprays on bad days. Until this came along! With consistent use, this has finally weaned me off the medicated nasal sprays and keeps me mostly clear so I can sleep and breath. This is a new staple in my daily routine.
