So I have a pitcher from this company. Got it because it had better reviews than most. So I have a reverse osmosis system at home for 1 tap. I then pour it in the pitcher through the filter. Chilled in the fridge and its awesome water. I call it my filtered filtered water.Not only great reviews, the price and ease of getting here on Amazon is awesome

I’ve been buying these for a few years no problems, but these I’ve rinsed them, soaked them, the water keeps filtering with the black residue. Extremely frustratingUPDATE: this company has excellent customer service, they reached out and are replacing the filters. I own 2 of the water pitchers and have been pleased with their products for a few years

The pitcher is great as it has a flap that opens to make it easy to refill. I like that it filters FLOURIDE! My only complaint is every few months the staring process for every new filter is a bit of a hassle as you have to rinse then soak filter. Then you need to allow a few water cycles to complete and give the water to your plants before you can have water for yourself. Also I wish they made an option for a smaller pitcher
