Generations Collaborative: Jurassic Park Mash-Up Tyrannocon Rex & Autobot JP93 Ages 8 and Up (Amazon Exclusive)

It’s exactly what it says it is. It’s a T-rex and Tour vehicle from Jurassic Park. The packaging is immaculate and HUGE with an amazing backdrop piece of the rain attack scene included. The only accessory is the gun for JP93 based off of the shotgun in the movie. The Tyrannocon robot mode could’ve used more paint on the chest but they compensated with how amazing the actual T-Rex mode looks. It is a hefty beast with great joints. Transformation with this mold is still pretty scary with how much you have to push down on things and really soft plastic for the “skin” parts. It can be worrying over time if you flip back and forth a lot. JP93 is more of your usual deluxe class figure pre-age of the primes. It’s very easy to transform (I did not even look at its instructions), very light, and posing is kinda awkward for the arms due to them being ball joints. Other than that it’s the iconic neon green color to a tee and the silly hat evokes the character Muldoon. The backpack doesn’t like to stay tabbed in and has a clear plastic tab, but it doesn’t flop a ton anyways so you can just opt not to try getting it locked in. Overall very happy with the purchase as a big fan of both these franchises. I expected it to be even more expensive considering just the megatron mold can go for around $50-55. Having these and a backdrop like this feels more worth.

So far my nephew’a favorite piece of his collection when he started. The plastic has not been damaged by the sun or out of the box either. The joints on both figures have not crusted or screwed off either. Both figures also are very well balanced to keep them standing up without support. A great collection of you want to share interest with kids and teens in the family. Hes no longer a kid but he still loves this set. And has fun making videos with voice over to send as memes at times. Plus the condition of the figures were perfect.

This was a birthday gift for my son whole loves both Jurassic Park and Transformers. I bought this with another vehicle/dinosaur 2-pack and he loves them.

Buena calidad

I like these crossovers, but I found the price of this one to be a bit high. I realize they had to pay for the licensing, but the price of two Leader class figures for a Leader and a Deluxe is a bit high. But, I decided to buy it anyway because I love Transformers and Jurassic Park. So, for $100, you'd expect everything to be perfect. Unfortunately, with my set, not everything is. For Tyranacon Rex, one of the pieces that makes up the skin of his tale was too long and another piece that needed to pass by it couldn't because it was in the way. So, I had to shave the piece slightly with a knife to get it transformed. Even worse, one of the floodlights on the front bar of JP93 was broken off. It wasn't in the package, so that means it broke off in the factory and was packaged that way. Great quality control. Other than those two negative,s this is a nice set. I already knew I liked the Kingdom Megatron set, and his dinosaur mode made sense to turn into a Jurassic Park style T-Rex. The retooling and redeco on this figure are nice. JP93 is a brand new mold and one that I really like. His transformation is nice, and I like the robot head, it obviously reminds me of the character Muldoon from the first film. So, overall, this set is decent, but I don't like getting a figure that won't transform without modification and a broken figure at this price point. So, I docked a star for that.

Excelente muy bueno, me encanta el dúo Trex con camioneta, el solo es grande, me parece una versión interesante sale a mejor precio que comprar solo a Megatron, y queda mejor este color, solo el robot no es tan bonito como Megatron en colores, pero me gusta el modo dinosaurio, eso sí por el diseño se rayo un poco la cintura :(, pero bueno de resto excelente

Going up in the 90s I was always a fan of Jurassic Park especially the iconic scene where this takes place in inspiration wise. The T-Rex is basically Megatron from beast wars transformation wise, which I personally love because I always wanted beast wars Megatron this makes it feel like I have the best of both worlds. The other, I still have fun with. Honestly, not as much though.Very fun to play with very fun to pose and all around fun.

I'm really happy with this purchase, Tyrranocon-Rex and JP93 are both really nice transformers. The price was right and the shipping was faster than expected. Tyrranocon-Rex is really bad-ass in Dino-mode more than in Robo form. It's really juste a redeco of beast-wars Megatron but the realistic painting makes the Dino-mode so perfect. JP93 seemed okay at first but it's an original mold made from the licensed Ford explorer from Jurassic park and It really grew on me. Both Robo and Auto modes are really nice. If you're asking yourself if you need this for your collection, I think for the price (for me it was 89$CAD + 15$CAD shipping to Canada) it's really worth it.

Es un set excelente! Solo tengan cuidado manipulando al tiranocon, todas las placas necesarias para su transformación están cubiertas de plástico suave; es un sustituto aceptable si no tienen al megatron de kingdom, ya que es exactamente el mismo molde.

Maravillosa colaboración de Hasbro trayendo este set de dos piezas de Transformers y Jurassic World ambas muy detalladas y divertidas de transformar y posar. Completamente recomendable.
