Very sharp. I purchased this knife set to use when processing deer. Each knife will have its place from skinning, to boning, to cutting up meat for the grinder. Even though they are advertised as fillet knives, they're fairly stiff, so they'll work great for processing deer. They're priced fairly well for their quality.

These knives are real fillet knives. Sharp as a preachers tongue with a 28° to 30° edge. Do NOT use these knives without wearing cut proof gloves. If you slip, you’re gonna regret not wearing them. I’m going to get another knife set for hunting camp gear.

These are some of the best knives out there and not just because of the price. I fish for living and these are my go to.

Seem to be good knives, but they don’t come with individual sheaths. I would have preferred that, over to the flimsy knife bag. I’ve cleaned a bunch of red snapper in the last week. We will see how they stand the rest of time…

Knives were sharp and just as described. They are ergonomic in the hand and even fit a smaller hand like mine. I like how it comes with a case to hold the knives to make transporting easier.
