You can even see the contents from the top through the lid if your containers are in drawers. The different sizes are adapted for storing all the common dry ingredients. This particular box is designed for storing cheese, as it has an anti-condensation tray.

Review: Keeps Cheese Blocks Fresh - I decided to stop buying shredded packaged cheese from the grocery store. The taste was never fresh for me. Instead, I started buying blocks of cheese from the deli. The taste is so much better! The cheese box was a must-buy for me. I have never had one before. This one has been holding my block of cheese for four weeks and it looks and tastes as fresh as the day I bought it. You do not have to wrap the cheese when you put it in but I recommend using the bottom tray. If the top seems loose with the new block, just put rubber bands around it. These will hold it in place until the cheese is used and fits securely.

I decided to stop buying shredded packaged cheese from the grocery store. The taste was never fresh for me. Instead, I started buying blocks of cheese from the deli. The taste is so much better! The cheese box was a must-buy for me. I have never had one before. This one has been holding my block of cheese for four weeks and it looks and tastes as fresh as the day I bought it. You do not have to wrap the cheese when you put it in but I recommend using the bottom tray. If the top seems loose with the new block, just put rubber bands around it.
