It isn't a huge deal, as we wired an outlet to this, but when powered off by the front control switch, the two pass-through legs are still hot. They tell you this in the manual, however. I have purchased and plan to add a 240V coil contactor to eliminate this, as it is a false sense of security when the power is off. Also, it isn't true three phase 90 degrees apart. Two legs are 180 degrees apart and then the third leg is 90 degrees from those two. That said, it doesn't seem to bother either large rotary vane vacuum pump or refrigeration compressor... for now.
