## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why do you say you cook them yourselves and you don’t**
A: They are easy to make. Most butchers have a lot of Pork Skin and would love to sell it to you. Then you can cook the way you want, use the best oil (not Olive Oil, use coconut) and go easy with the salt...perfect custom made.

**Q: What are the ingredients please?**
A: pork rind, salt, flavour enhancer - E621 E635 spices = paprikacayenne cumin coiander, tomato powder, E262 acidify regulator, dextrose, vegetable protein, onion n garlic powder

**Q: Why have these gone up in price when the quality and quantity has not?**
A: Because of the cost of the rind and energy prices rising.

**Q: Whats the difference between Pork 'scratchings' and 'crackling'???**
A: If I'm correct, scratchings are cooked once, crackling two or more ti es. Or is it the other way round?
