Do not buy
I had problems at the start , but my main cause is that you have to download an app photogo (which you can never delete account so can’t delete your information) I started to see Chinese writing come up on my photo frame and then a load and I mean a load of Chinese families pictures appeared which is extremely worrying, no reason why or how , I am now returning the product and deleted the app which I am hoping has deleted my data off it

Potential to be a good product but not yet
So the good:Good picture quality on the frameNice looking frame - wood looks goodThe bad:The app for Iphone crashes each time you want to upload a picture rendering the whole thing nearly useless.There is no auto off function which means the frame is either on all night or you manual switch it offThe slideshow/carousel feature is in order of the pictures- no random sortingThe setting up is not user friendly and the app is a bit of a joke reallyAll in all, don't bother with this one. It could be great if it had a better app and it actually worked and they spent some time on the software.

Clear pictures and video!
This is an amazing product, and it's perfect to use it in the reception area while the candidates are waiting for interview. It tells the story of the company when they are waiting. Highly recommended!

Best gift for the family!
The frame itself looks beautiful. Easy to set up and l can place it on the tabletop. I can just sit back and enjoy the photos throughout the day. It means I never miss anything. I love it so much.
