I purchased this belt in 2014. I only use it when traveling internationally, which is about 2-3 weeks a year, and then only half the time. So I've worn this belt at most, 50 times, and probably more like 30. You can see what happened - the material cracked, then split and finally the belt almost came apart - it is held together by the stitching. I also experienced extensive cracking of the leather about the belt holes, as reported by another reviewer, and noticed cracking and flaws starting to develop elsewhere. Very poor quality "leather". The back of my belt indicates it is made in China - nuf said about this piece of junk. I bought another money belt the same day and have worn it the same amount of time - it still looks great. The belt might be okay for occasional use, but after wearing it daily for seven months, it split on the inside at the 2nd hole (I use the 3rd hole) and is starting to come apart. It is also starting to show a lot of wear in other places. I'm still wearing it, but it may not last much longer.

Belt was sized right and has a nice shine to it. Only complaint would be you can tell where the zipper is on the outside if you look close. Over time this may wear and become more noticeable. So far have had a few months but is used only a couple days a week as I have several other belts and it has held up. It's not super high dollar quality but it works and looks good for the average individual. I'd purchase again.

I just received my Mens Black Leather Money Belt, looked it over carefully,put money in it, and put it on.Let me say that I have been using a money belt that seems almost identical to this one for the last 6 years. The only problem I ever had was the metal tab used to pull the zipper open and closed broke after 2 years. This belt, MIGHT have the same weakness, or not. This belt is made of leather, has a heavy metal buckle, a probably nylon zipper on the money compartment (which measures 15.5 inches long) and single line stitching on all leather. Money compartment comfortably holds 10 bills, but with care might hold 15. Not good for use as a wallet, this belt, in my opinion should be used for emergency funds.

My husband is a 34x34 he does not like it because it is too small for him.

I read a few bad reviews on this belt but purchased it anyway. I was pleased with the quality. Seems to be built good. The only problem was the zipper was tight at first but got it loosened up and works easy now. Looks there may have been a little glue on the zipper when I first tried it.

It fits me like any other belt of this measurement. Being able to keep monies out of my billfold and out of the way always pays off, especially the two days before pay day. It is holding up to the industrial plant conditions I work in.

after 20 months of use, both the inner and outer surfaces are cracking and flaking off. .... threads are also unraveling .... there are better quality belts out there for less money.
