New Stamp not printing solid letters - REVISED
UPDATE: Company has come through on their customer service. They have read my review and has sent me a new stamp that works perfectly! I appreciate this kind of customer service where a business looks out for the customer and does everything in their power to make things right. Thank you ExcelMark! The stamp is not a clean stamp. The middle of the stamp does not print the letters solid. I thought it was due to an ink issue. Added ExcelMark stamp ink and still does not print solid letters. Flipped the stamp and still had issues in not getting a solid print from the stamp. One side of stamp appears that the unit was used before it was sent. Disappointed with this.
