Is this water resistant?

No it does not appear to be water resistant. I tested this myself and while it left my skin soft and hydrated it did wash off. Hope this helps.

is this product gluten free?

Yes it is gluten free and I understand why this is important. Daughter has celiac so I always check everything.

What % hyaluronic acid is in this?

A product can't have more than 1% of Phenoxyethanol so if the ingredient is lower on the list than Phenoxyethanol, then it's less than 1%. While we don't know the actual percentage, we do know that it's less than 1%. Hope this helps!
