Has an over the door weight on one side that is nonabrasive. The handles are VERY comfortable. The pulley works great. Very quiet to use. Will be very helpful in my shoulder mobility.

If you need to do certain kind of stretches with your shoulders or with your back, this thing definitely comes in handy. It’s very sturdy, the strings are thick so they don’t frey or break easily. My husband uses it and he’s 275 pounds and he’s got big arms and he lifts his arm up to stretch his shoulder with it so it’s pretty damn sturdy lol

Easy to use and here

I was going to therapy for my shoulder three times a week. I thought maybe I could do most of it here at home and talked to her about it. She agreed and told me that I could find a pulley like I was using on Amazon and that they were very reasonably priced. She was right and I've been using this one ever since. It's well made and I like it more than the others that I look at because it has soft handles to hold onto. After a minute of using it you will enjoy having those handles.

I've used this pulley about 50 times or more and so far I'm very satisfied with it. The stainless steel pulley is quiet and smooth, the ropes are adjustable in length and each has a stopper you can set to limit your range of motion. So far there are no signs of wear and tear and I'm confident it will function well until I complete my recovery. It's inexpensive and a good value for your money.UPDATE: While the pulley still function OK the stopper and the mechanism that allows you to adjust the length of the rope are both crap; they don't stay put and are pretty useless, thus my downgrading this pulley to 3 stars.
