THIS IS VERY GOOD FOR ANYONE WHO HAS BLEPHERISTIS, IT GIVES A NICE WARM FEELING AND I HAVE FOUND THAT WHEN I USE IT DAILY IT REDUCES THE SWELLING. IT ONLY TAKES 10-20 SECONDS TO HEAT UP. My Dr told me to get this product to help with my dry eyes. Very good quality. Comes with a very nice carry case. Easy use - warm in the microwave for 10 seconds. Just feel it does not stay warm as long as I would like. But would still definitely recommend.
