Wow, just wow! I’m blown away. This massage ball has been amazing. It doesn’t break the bank and it hits all my sore spots, including ones I didn’t even know I had. The pressure it applies is phenomenal. I rarely ever write reviews and I felt compelled to do so. Highly recommend!

Honestly, it would be hard to mess this up. I use it to roll my arches since my feet get stiff sometimes and it works great. Bigger than a tennis ball and holds it's shape without giving way like thinner or more hollow balls will do. I can't speak at all to if you're going to use it to acttally play lacross. For massaging purposes, it's got a nice feel to it, its solid and heavy so the quality seems good, and using it for stiffness and pain relief has been really good for me. It's a good deal on a product that would be hard to mess up.

For the longest time I had been using a racket ball for muscle massages after workouts, thinking there wasn't a big difference between that and a lacrosse ball. I was very wrong lol The lacrosse ball is much more dense and does not have much give, though it is somewhat soft. So far it's much better than using a racket ball. The color is fun and it seems to be very good quality, should last a long time.

LOVE these! My neck, shoulders, back, and hips are my issue areas so I have tried nearly everything at this point. The Cane used to be my go to for digging in to knots by my shoulder blade but I could not use it without activating the muscles I was trying to relax, and I definitely could not travel with it!. This size ball is perfect, and it is harder than a tennis ball but still has enough give in the rubber to be comfortable. I bought the set of 2 so I could use simultaneously for lower back and hips and also throw them in a sock and massage my spine. Chemical smell is light and not a problem. Very happy.

These are some great balls. They feel fantastic in the hand and on my body.

It's the size of a baseball which i believe is too small to be of any benefit to me. I tried to use it but didn't see the benefits.

This thing is perfect! I've been using a tennis ball and it doesn't compare. As someone with a lot of knots and tension in my back and shoulders and haven't a massage in a while, this ball really gets in there and gets the knots out. It also feels amazing on the bottom of your foot.

I love this little massage ball. It had the right level of density to make it effective for massage, and is lightweight enough I can leave it in my bag to take around and use it anywhere I feel like I have a quiet moment and this could help. I like to use it on my forearm to help with some wrist pain I’ve been having, but can also lay down on a yoga mat and let this work through the knots I can get in my shoulders. It really is nice to help with the tension I can get in between massage therapy visits.

I'll be honest, there's only so much you can say about a massage ball. It's firm, well made, and a great size for working on tight muscles without being awkward to use. I use it while sitting on the couch watching TV, which means I'm far more likely to actually use it than if it required a dedicated workout or recovery session. I originally bought it for general muscle tightness, but it turns out it's also great for rolling out the bottom of my feet when plantar fasciitis starts acting like it pays rent. It's compact, easy to store, and easy to keep nearby when you need it. Sometimes the simplest products end up being the most useful, and this has definitely been one of those purchases. Would recommend.

Exactly why I was looking for. Since having two kids & not fully repairing my pelvic floor, I do a lot of compensating. I need to strengthen my glutes, but I find they are sore all the time from this clenching. This gave me the feeling of relief I have been looking for. I just put the ball on the ground and gently sit on top of it. I can adjust the pressure by how much weight I put on. I slowly move around until I find the spot that is really tight, & I sit on that for 2-3 minutes or until I feel relief. It can be a bit painful, but necessary! I now can train my glutes to help prevent the problem. Very happy with this product

ホグ⚪︎シー持ってますがホグ⚪︎シーはゴムではないので軽くて持ち運びにはいいかもそれませんが、こちらの方が適度に重さもあってマッサージしやすくてゴムなのでちょうどいい肌触りと固さです。見た目もかわいくて気に入りました。もう一つ欲しいです。
