Q: Has anyone been in the rain with this tent? If so, how much water got inside if any? Assuming the rainfly was on ofcourse :)

None. Overall Very happy with the Coleman construction/design. I also did tent weather proof spray though too. I did have this tent in Hawaii, in a very remote area where there was torrential rains as well.

Q: How many stacks needed for all tie downs and tent itself??

I am sorry but we have not set up the tent with the fly. The 12 person tent is large and roomy. Will post our comments after we spend a week camping.

Q: How warm is it in the winter?

Very nice tent 🏕 You will need a heater. Not a winter tent. Air flow on top.

With the darker color, does it get very hot during the day in summer? We had a Montana which is blue but light-colored on the whole and it was hot.
