Would this controller work side by side another in a double gang box?** A: A tight fit at best. The volume controls might fit but with the wires maybe not. You might have to cut out the back of the box or use an oversize box. **Q: Hi I purchased 12 of these I have two speakers for each control could you please tell me where the jumper/setting should be placed this is confusing** A: All depends on how many ohms your Amp is putting out. (Not watts)..and how many ohms your speakers are rated for. (Not watts). Check your amp and speakers. Then set the jumper for the correct ohms settings **Q: Can this controller be installed outside the house, like in the backyard? I would like to know if it's water/wheather proof... thanks a lot...** A: No, this controller is not waterproof. It's rather a clicky rotating mechanism that just rotates almost 360 degrees, and water/other elements would most likely damage it. **Q: I bought this volume controller but I need some more jumpers. What size are the jumpers?** A: Go to any PC Repair shop and the the jumpers used for a typical PC Motherboard will work. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Work great and good customer support *by A***E on August 3, 2015* Updated: Volume controls work very well. No issues with amp and impedance mismatch due to adjustable jumper on the VC. Due to some really stupid operator error, I had trouble getting these to work. Excellent customer support - in the US, from Chris helped with the troubleshooting. All is good now. My rating is now 5 starts due to the support, ease of connection, and patience of the tech team. These are tough to get into a single gang box, so use low voltage boxes (with no backside) or rip out the back of the single gang box to make it work. They do seem to turn all the way off, which was different than another reviewer's experience. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid product *by J***S on July 15, 2015* It works as describes, but it's a clicky knob. Turns off all sound in the off position, increases volume with very click of the knob. No buzz or hum, easy to install. Comes with three color plates and knobs to match your existing switches which was very nice.
