Great value for your money
I received the product in pristine state, even it travelled from US to Costa Rica. Really easy to install with my set of Yamaha speakers. Great sound. The karaoke function is a good add on. The functions are great. One feature I love is that I can control every speaker volume level independently. Overall, a great AVR and a great value for the money i’ve paid.

Defective product
Do not buy this item . Tuner doesn't work. Optical Port doesn't work doesn't have a compatible remote control for the fire stick it's not compatible with any surround sound . Amazon should have warned that this item is not compatible with the fire stick

Great buy for the price!
Better than I even expected. It is perfect for the price. We just needed to replace our old surround sound system (and already had the speakers). With the microphones, bluetooth, and the hdmi ports...it has helped us to update our system without a buch of extra cords.

Not worth the $$$
The sound is mediocre at best. Sound will start out with a lot of static, then be okay, and then the blue tooth will disconnect for no reason. Also, blue tooth never connects with the first attempt. It takes several tries and now won’t connect at all. Not even worth one star.
