VANKEAN 17.3" Expandable Laptop Briefcase for Travel & Business

This is a great computer bag. I needed something that had lots of compartments. I am an astrophotographer and carry several pieces of computer equipment. This bag holds it all with room to spare. Love all the pockets and divided sections. I have a portable monitor and the padding protects the delicate glass well. Very happy with the construction quality as well.

Great. Arrived on time and is exactly what I needed I have a combination of laptops and it was difficult carrying all of the before. I loved my sling bag but this suitcase type one is well worth it

Just got a new 17.3" HP Laptop for my work and needed a good carry bag for it. Was drawn to this one as it had one feature that many do not: the ability to expand. There are times I travel overnight and need to pack light and this intrigued me. Upon arrival I pulled it out and was impressed with the material and workmanship. It looks nice and professional. Two of the zippers seemed stiff but running them a few times loosened them up just fine. Not too heavy (which is important as these 17" lappies can weigh quite a bit, but I like the extra screen space!). Lots of pockets for work 'stuff' of different sizes and the lappie fit in just fine: not too snug and not too loose. I read that some think there should be more padding; however, this one seems quite similar in padding to the many I've had over the years. As I hoped, the unit is great as it came; however, the ability to expand makes this an even better buy as you get a lot of extra room for things which would allow me to basically turn this into my carry-on for those quick overnighters. I also love that the shoulder strap can be removed as many similar units for sale don't have that feature. I'm giving it 5 stars for durability and sturdiness as it seems quite capable to the touch and is sewn together well (no threads or missed stitches, etc. The handles have a leatherette covering over the fabric that seems nice; however, I'll be watching it as I prefer just the hard-sewn fabric as sometimes material like this drys and cracks too easily. I'll update if things change; however, for the price, seems like a great buy and I hope it outlasts the laptop and can, like my previous one, go for at least two cycles for me.

Great size, lots of room with plenty of pockets, and good quality. This is my daily work carry bag. I carry all my essentials when leaving the house including my laptop and iPad. My only concern is whether the carry strap will stand the test of time but that’s replaceable.

High fabric durability, great zipper quality, excellent compartment and pocket layout, incredible value.

I bought this bag to carry my 15-inch laptop and an old flatbed USB scanner (Canon LiDE 30), plus a USB floppy drive, a USB DVD drive and cables adapters, etc. Since then, I've added a thermal printer and a couple of rolls of thermal paper. And there's still extra room after unzipping the expansion part. This allows me to be as basically self-sufficient as possible whenever I travel.
