The slight stretch of the fabric makes these so, so comfortable too. I wear them while stand up paddling which means I do a lot of kneeling-to-squatting-to-standing and the stretch in the fabric is so comfortable and never binds. The pockets are of a mesh material, so they drain and don't hold water while swimming. While on land, the pockets are deep enough to hold my cell phone comfortably and securely.I've worn them to the beach and gone straight from there to run errands. The fact that they dry quickly is a definite plus for beachgoing life too.* * Note that these are not lined, so you do need to wear a bottom under them.These are the perfect crossover utilitarian AND cute shorts for my lifestyle.How much do I love these?
