Love these!I'm 67yrs old, 5'4", 140lbs and I bought these in a Large.I typically take bottoms in a size Medium, but after reading a few reviews and glancing over buyers photos, I decided to order this in a Large.I am glad I did b/c for my needs, they fit me perfectly.I am pretty sure I could have gone with my usual Medium size and they would have fit just fine, but I am 67 yrs old, wanted to use these for both SUP and casual wear, and I did not want them to fit tightly.The large sits on my hips, the drawstring ensures they stay up and the Large size gives me lots of room in the hips and thighs. * * note the second photo shows that even without the drawstring being cinched or tied, the shorts still sit well on my hips.Because the fabric is soft and falls well, sizing up gives me extra room around my hips and thighs without the shorts flaring out and looking like a skirt. The slight stretch of the fabric makes these so, so comfortable too. I wear them while stand up paddling which means I do a lot of kneeling-to-squatting-to-standing and the stretch in the fabric is so comfortable and never binds. The pockets are of a mesh material, so they drain and don't hold water while swimming. While on land, the pockets are deep enough to hold my cell phone comfortably and securely.I've worn them to the beach and gone straight from there to run errands. The fact that they dry quickly is a definite plus for beachgoing life too.* * Note that these are not lined, so you do need to wear a bottom under them.These are the perfect crossover utilitarian AND cute shorts for my lifestyle.How much do I love these? I've already ordered 4 more in different prints!

Generously sized - but comfortable! I wore these all summer chasing my Grandkids !My phone stayed securely inside the pocket when I wasn’t going in the water- and when I was the shorts looked great with any bikini or tankini top I paired with them . Dried super fast and I also looked presentable walking into the store after the beach !Wash after wash they still look great !Medium size is a bit big on me - I will be ordering another pair smaller for next summer !Love these - great value !

These shorts are actually pretty nice. I might have not read it thoroughly to know it was a little more high waisted than I’m used to nor wanted, but I do like them quite a bit. They’re great for the beach/pool. I used them to jet ski in Cozumel and matched my bathing suit. The colors are vibrant, they dry quick, comfortable, a little stretchy as well (but will fit as expected, so get your regular size), and the price was great! Can’t go wrong with these shorts.

These shorts were super comfy! Wore them over my bathing suit, as they don't have a liner inside. I love them so much! Plus they fit my larger frame so well!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!! Fit is snug so they run small, so I am ordering the next size up. But these are by far the most comfortable, durable, versatile and great value for price.The material is comfy and dries so fast. Very impressive

Runs large I cannot use them!

These are the perfect short if you live in a hot climate. I have bought 4 different colors. I wear an xs and it’s true to size. They don’t have a liner which I prefer so it doesn’t show that underwear line. The colors are accurate in the pictures. They are light weight and cute enough to wear as a casual outfit but stay cool at the same time.

Good fit however order came with a tear in it!! 😡
