Nighttime Sleep Aid Diphenhydramine 50mg Softgels, 160 Count | Maximum Strength, Fall Asleep Fast, Sleep Soundly

Does anyone else have nightmares after taking these pills? They absolutely work pretty well but the nightmares are what come next.

Listen..I don't normally leave reviews, I really cant be bothered with them. But for this.....phew chillee... I bought this in May and about to repurchase. It is not addictive you take as needed, when needed, I don't take it every night (hence why it lasted more than 6 months) only the nights I know for a fact it will be hard for me. It takes about an hour give or take 1.5 hours to kick in. When it kicks in........ it kicks in. You sleep so snugg, no issues for getting up to use the washroom, i fall right back asleep. If you're worried about falling too deep into sleep that someone can break in, nah it's not like that, you can get up if you need to. No grogginess, no morning linger. This has changed my sleep life to the best and i am not on subscription. (It does stick together but not how bad people make it sound, just a couple slaps in my palm and they come loose... no big deal- they made it sound like it sicks into a clump and doesn't come apart. Any gel meds do that.)

I normally just use the equate brand but recently switched to this one. It supposedly is the same mg and ingredients but this works so much faster than the equate. I do feel like I need to take it an hour earlier than i use to but once im up Im not groggy. I love that if i do wake up in the night I can still fall right back to sleep.

having sleepless problems and I found these cuz I didn't know what to do to fall asleep. I was taking one at a time and then the second year I ended up taking two at a time and now it's either two at a time or occasionally a three at a time hasn't hurt me yet and I have a lot of issues. All the other sleep over the counter meds don't seem to work and I hate gummy bears because they always get stuck in my teeth in between my teeth. if you swallow something it's gone you don't have to worry about it in your teeth and grossing you out

I have used this sleep aide for sometime I would highly recommend. Just that last bottle one big clump.

It’s melted & stuck together. The few I dug out did not work.

Does exactly what it says on the bottle. I usually take one about 30 minutes before I want to be out, and it helps me drift off without that racing-mind feeling. I’d give it five stars, but like most sleep aids, I feel a little "foggy" for the first few minutes after waking up.

2 isn’t enough to put me to sleep. 3 gets me drowsy. I was hoping for something more quick acting.
