Along the Washington coast, in Olympic National Park, there is a beach called Ruby Beach where the driftwood piles up high on the shore. We were sitting around a fire on Ruby Beach, when the idea for the Driftwood scent came to us: a warm, smooth, earthy bouquet with strong overtones of vetiver and sandalwood, and hints of vanilla and ylang ylang.
