Doesn’t last very long

Item doesn’t arrive in Pot like pictured
The item comes in a regular plastic plant pot, not like how the pot is pictured. Customer service was poor, was just told that the pot can be purchased through their website for £16. Makes the overall plant quite expensive.

Arrived in great condition and was packed well. Really good size for the money paid. It was given as a gift as the receiver loved it!!

Decent product
Plant came in with a box and was not damaged. It has less stems/leaves than the photo advertised but still has a lot. The stems came with black spots on them, meaning they were under direct sunlight. I put the plant somewhere less sunny and still waiting to see if I can rescue it. Overall good product. The leaves are super shiny and really nice dark green. I would buy from this seller again if I need another zz plant
