Not only is this an effective hair clip, but it's great for opening boxes, tightening eyeglasses and cutting things like tape, tags, loose threads and string. Sounds silly, but it's really handy (especially the box opening).Plus, it's kind of fun to just pull something out of my hair, slice through some packing tape and watch other people's expressions. :-)Not incredibly sturdy, but great for the price.I've given them in Christmas stockings for the last few years, and they're always appreciated.

I was disappointed to only receive two colors (black and silver). While I understand the colors are stated to be a random assortment, I had expected at least one--and hoped for multiples--of each of all THREE colors pictured.But on the plus side, I received one extra (I do appreciate when sellers take the "baker's dozen" approach to make sure you get at least the number you ordered!) and I got an even mix of the two colors I was sent.The clips themselves are good. They are larger than standard (non-tactical) clips of this style (about a centimeter longer, and wider with the hex shape on the end), but I haven't had any issues with them getting caught in my hair any more than other similar clips. And the CM measurements are accurate on the ones I checked.Overall, I'm fairly happy with my purchase, as the clips are decent, but I do wish I had gotten all three colors pictured, no matter what the ratios. There are other sets of clips I could have purchased if I'd only wanted black and silver, but I chose this listing BECAUSE of the better variety, so it was definitely a letdown to only get two colors.

On time deliver. Excellent product.

Some of these arrived slightly bent where the clip wouldn’t stay closed so I had to bend them myself into the right shape. So not the most durable (especially for a “tactical” clip) but they are useful and they are a hit with everyone I’ve shared them with! I have used them to tighten/loosen screws on my sewing machine, open boxes, and cut the car wash tags off my rear-view mirror.
