Received on the 30th of Aug 2022 but didn’t even last 2 weeks, After only a few uses the balls started to disintegrate as shown in the picture, but also the item is non returnable which I think is because they know how bad they are, In the end I had to contact Amazon direct in order to receive a full refund

Does not save on electricity
What I didn't like was they took longer to dry the clothes and more of them needed ironing. Also the fact you can't return them even though they do not work that well.
