That's a great question.   Here's a breakdown of our process to ensure that our label is accurate:  1.) We only source ingredients from the highest quality manufacturers in the world.  2.) Once we receive raw materials at our facility, we test them to ensure purity and there are no contaminants present. 3.) We adhere to strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) during the production process. We are regularly inspected by the FDA and other 3rd party organizations to hold us accountable to these standards.  4.) Once the finished product is complete, we have a 3rd party lab test the product to ensure that the product has the exact ingredients and dosages that we claim on the label. Is your K2 plant-based or animal derivative?

The K2 is plant-based if it's the MK-7 sub-type -- often derived from fermented soybeans (natto in Japan), though this brand claims to be soy free and made from geraniol.  Though I don't consume any soy products anymore, it wouldn't matter to me if it this WERE derived from natto, as soy is perfectly safe when fermented.   When K2 is animal-based, it's typically found as the MK-4 sub-type.  There are others, however, all the way to MK-14.  So when it's animal based it'll come from foods like the fat and organs of grass-fed animals, as well as grass-fed butter & cream (raw or minimally processed).  Highest K2 content when the grass is lush, as in spring and fall.    If the K2 is plant-based, it'll come mostly from fermented plant foods like natto and sauerkraut, and in this case apparently geraniol.

I had to dig through the Q&A and the answer is no. The seller said this D3 comes from lanolin :( I'm also looking for a vegan vitamin d/k2 supplement.

To answer this question about if this product contains fish oil?  Based upon the label and from what I can discern = NO IT DOES NOT. I will admit that the condition of my hair and nails have improved greatly. As a Baby Boomer, I DO NOT HAVE the aching sensation from waking up or being on my feel all day that I used to have.  My b/p in my 40's was extremely high (220/190) and I had stroke at my job when I was 42yrs old.  Since incorporating this supplements no more Rx's are needed.  This product line IS THE BEST THAT I HAVE USED USED.  I hope this answers your question, I wish you the best.
