The stick could be better, as it comes off some if I’m moving a lot, but it generally stays put. The pros outweigh that though. I originally got them to carry in my purse when I couldn’t get to my ice wrap. BUT they stay cooler so much longer that now if I’m really sick they are my go to even at home. These are too expensive to buy for daily use.** A: No there isn't. I buy these, WellPatch Cooling Headache Pads, Migraine 4 Pads in a Pack. (Pack of 6)= 24pads, because these because they're actually cheaper & you get more. To me because I've used both brands I think WellPatches works better & last longer too. These are my preferred brand of Buy and I've been buying them for several years. **Q: Can you cut these and put them on your jaws?** A: You can’t cut them. The gel inside would spew out, it’s a self contained packet. The patch will stick to a jaw as long as the individual has a smooth surface free from stubble. **Q: What kind of cooking effect does it have?
