First of all, initial impressions that stand out on the product include the build quality and sturdiness. The overloaded handels feel good without feeling any bit cheap. The handels have good strong springs in them (I read on one review that they were too strong but I personally did not find that to be the case. These certainly are not thin sissy cables with cheap clamps). The added accessories are nice as well, especially the reasonably sized storage bag. The wire brush for cleaning terminals and gloves for dirty engine bays is appreciated as well. The 25ft length is an added feature as well, as it never hurts to have longer jumper cables so that one is not fighting for length, especially when jumping in un-ideal circumstances. These had plenty of slack left even with the cables reaching across the cars. These jumper cables had no problem getting the 4.6L Ford started. Overall, I would highly recommend this product, both on it's value and quality. When it comes to jumper cables it's always better to go with the thicker and longer options and spend a little more money, as you never know the kind of situations you can get into. I've had a few other cheaper and thinner cables burn out or cause issues, and I don't see that being the case here, plus these are backed by a 30 day money back guarantee and two year warranty, showing they stand behind their product. It is a heavy duty item. Only downside is that it is stiff and coiled such that it takes up a lot of space in trunk of vehicle. If use often or have large engine truck then these will do trick. But if you have a small trunk vehicle maybe a thinner, lighter duty set of jumper cables would be better if plan is to purchase cables for occasional emergency use.

Update: Amazon credited me for the item. They have been outside uncovered since purchase and still smell awful. The cables look solid. The only issue I had with these is the entire box was soaked in nasty smelling mens cologne. Not the amazon box but the factory box. It smelled so bad it filled up my house. I got it all over my hands. Had to air out the house and wash up. Something tells me whomever packaged this was covered in cologne or spilled it on my item. I filed for a return. What a waste.

The fact that the cable is heavy gauge wire is the saling point that caught me most. Helps supply the current from whatever vehicle your using to jump you off that you’ll be able to start up with ease.

They are as advertised. I especially like the clamps on the end. They are fashioned in such a way as they have an extension designed on the clamp to fit even the tight spaces encountered on various vehicles. Not only my personal and work vehicles but also my heavy equipment.
