Can you use to clean other silicone based products

I have never tried to use it to clean anything other than my mask & hoses. I do not think it would do any harm to clean other silicone based products.

How is this better than dishwashing liquid to clean, remove oils and smells? need something to remove musty hotel room air smell from cpap

I can't be sure about removing "musty hotel room" odors but the wipes have been very good in my experience at not adding odors of their own.
