Pretty but lids are too loose - purchase silicone rings to resolve this issue
The dispensers look great and came with an extra spigot. I kept thinking the stand was crooked, but it was the uneven bottom of one jar causing it to rock. The lids are very loose and rattle loudly; they should have come with a rubber or silicone ring. I resolved the issues by cutting a piece of foam board for under the jars and purchased silicone rings which have helped the lid issue. I look forward to using these at my daughter's baby shower next month.

Upgrade from previous dispenser in almost every way
Our previous container was a little larger and had a screw-on cap, but over time the threads became nearly impossible to remove from the base for some of our less brolic staff. This item is not only the same rough diameter as our previous container so it fits the same base, it's slightly smaller which makes it easier to carry and handle. Being 0.2 gallons less in volume it also makes the same amount of infusion material produce a stronger flavored water. Like all beverage dispensers with a spigot, that is the harder part to clean and isn't really any better or worse than what we're used to.In short these are more attractive, produce better infused water, and are easier to handle for our staff. We also get a spare in case someone drops the first! Good purchase.

This is the perfect size for an event of 10-15 people! The glass jugs are super heavy duty and have a cute design to them for the summer! Def recommend!

Love this came very well protected double box and form. Using these for a gender reveal as big bottles with blue and pink drinks

Don’t put warm tea in it!!
Overall nice containers, very pretty and good for hosting. The bottom of mine completely snapped off after I put warm (let sit in pot after boiling for 30 min) tea in it :( other than that great if you’re just using for already cold drinks
