A great way to get fiber and protein in your diet. These are also high in omega 3s. Much cheaper than some other brands

I ADORE the sugary basil seed drinks I get from the Indian grocery. However, I have Reactive Hypoglycemia, lucky lucky me. It's difficult to balance that much sugar with enough protein to compensate and prevent a reaction. We can't carry Quest protein crackers around 24/7. I have a delicious Pitta-friendly hydration mixture, that these are so perfect with. you put a couple of teaspoons (or tablespoons if you want enough ready to mix) in equal parts filtered water and quality food-grade rosewater. Make sure you put in enough that they can open up fully. When you make yourself a nice big bottle of water, add this is in taste with a little sweetener (sugar is not needed) and you're set for delicious hydration that feels decadent without the calories or hypoglycemic crashes. This is a really great value for the size, it will last ages and you'll thank me when your coworkers are drinking their boring water and you have a bottle of Yummmm bliss!

Success! I bought these seeds to try to grow microgreens. I used a microgreen tray, I lined it with a paper towel, soaked the seeds in a jar for about 1 hour, then spread seeds over wet paper towel on tray and covered it with plastic. I also covered it from light by placing a piece of foil on top. Kept checking it every day to make sure paper towel remained wet and finally on the 5th day they started germinating! I'll try to remember to come back and add pictures and an update.

Fantastic way to get some fiber and omega3s!! Love the little crunch, which holds up even after adding to liquids. I understand there are lots of ways to eat these seeds, but I just add them to my yogurt & wait a few minutes before eating - voila! So easy. I’m on my second container…

I’ve bought this product multiple times. The plastic container in this shipment was much thinner than previous ones. It’s ridiculously thin and doesn’t maintain its shape. The seeds are fine

great value for the quantity and quality!

I decided to buy this jar option because I had seen so many complaints of people buying the bagged option (from various brands) and having the bags ripped during transit and causing the seeds to spill inside the delivery envelope. Although, one of the other reviews had an issue with this jar having a broken seal and lid. You can see from the picture how they package this for delivery. The jar is put in a plastic bag and sealed and then that is put in a brown semi padded mailer. The only damage that happened to the jar was a small dent in the corner. I think it would be better if the package was bubble wrapped or something. These seeds swell up nicely and as you see from the pictures, all of the seeds were nice and swollen. I've used these in yogurt and I also drink them. There is no real flavor to them. I will definitely be keeping these on hand.
