I use this every night. Great support for my neck while reading and on my phone. Has worked well to elevate persistent neck and shoulder pain. The only thong I don't like is the fabric and memory foam can get too hot. Excellent quality.

Thank goodness that I bought the pillow to coordinate with a multi colored travel blanket. Otherwise, I would not have kep it. Other than that, the pillow feels nice and soft…but sturdy.

I actually use this to support my head while I am sleeping on my side for my ear piercings. I have many cartilage piercings and sleeping on them can be difficult and painful. I use this when I absolutely need to sleep on my side and put my ear in the hole so there is no pressure on my piercings. Over time if you sleep on your ears the piercing can migrate, so you really want to make sure that doesn't happen. Love the washable cover, sometimes difficult to describe how to find the cover!

The zipper broke on pillow before I even got to use it.

Quite comfortable around the neck and can easily rotate into various positions. The cover is exceptionally soft but I wonder how it will hold up to washing. It is firmer than I'd prefer as it has very little give, however that aspect also provides good head support.
