Had this a while now
Had this phone a while now and the reason I got this type was I am in mud/woods/rough areas quite a lot and needed something that would take the use that that comes with, this has been great and I even slammed the boot of the car on it (half in half out of the car) and not a scratch, I didn't do it on purpose by the way lol, great phone for the use I bought it for

Good screen size and weight
Wife's phone. Wanted to get away from IPhone/Samsung, etc.. Not as fast as the above, but more than sufficient. Has querks like transfer of apps over, predicted txt can be a tad more responsive so input the right words or it seems to want to remember oddly spelt words! But,, the wife likes this phone, camera is amazing. Stick with it and apparently you will come to like it. If you want to get away from the main stream expensive phones! Go for it

Strong phone
I bought this phone for my daughter. She breaks everything she gets so this phone has to live up to lots of abuse. I’m happy to say no matter what my daughter does the phone is lasting. If you have someone who needs a phone that takes whatever you give it then this phone will last

Sparse Manual...
At first I had a lot of trouble as I had no info manual other than the one that came with the phone (silch) for info...looked online for one (no joy) contacted "OUKITEL" Direct...no reply...nearly sent it back, but as I worked out most of the functions I mostly LOVE IT...Now almost got everything working except transfering my old phones photos to this one...? It is a very nice looking phone, robust, and the battery lasts & lasts,Does take up to 4 hours to re-charge fully...but not a real problem for me ! but would be for someone on the go. Therefore I would recommend it 99% Woul like a proper manual & advice on transfer of photos.Happy (ish) customerRichard

I would give this one a skip
Oh this phone is a tank, that much is true. Its a rugged beast of a phone no doubt…. But its a terrible phone. Crashes constantly, i have had to manually reboot it more time than i can count. It runs painfully slow and honestly i am in the process of putting through a return/refund. Might suit as a back up travel/camping phone but absolutely not worth it as a primary phone

No Instructions in full just basics But Love It.
Android Users should know whats in the Box ver 11 series.No real instructions just power up...after charging...and Setting up Proper struggle and to fine tweak...Headpone volume not all that clever..No1 install from play store was an app ( SOUND Beautifier) Free...Got this to last and be rugged my lifestyle always dropping my old phone one too many times..and wont snap in your back pocket sittin down...Love this Little computer 5 stars.Certifications IP68, IP69K, MIL-STD-810GNFC compatible with Google PayAndroid 11Underwater cameraCan be used with gloves on.

Incredible rugged well built phone
Why buy the brand names when you can have this Oukitel Android 11 rugged smartphone. Superb build quality, better than the brand names and with the latest Android 11 system, it packs a punch. Powerful and fast with 4G connectivity. I was able to set it up in minutes. Military grade waterproof, dust proof and shock proof this is a superb quality Tool phone for the price its unbeatable. I'd never heard of this brand but was convinced after watching you tube videos on it and seeing other positive Amazon reviews. Why pay hundreds for a brand name when you can have this for a fraction of the cost and get even better quality.

Not that good
Not that unbreakable, bought in January glitchy from the beginning screen cracked months after finally broke after after child stepped on it in bare feet
