It's super cute and really fun to fill it with light colorful liquids. However, it's prone to cracking and if a little bit of water gets into the double layer, then it will fog up and be unbearable.

This was a gift, so I don't know how it performed, but it seemed sturdy enough and very well made/cute!The only part I was disappointed in is that it's not only NOT microwave and dishwasher safe, but the instructions for cleaning also say not to use hot water. Which makes me wonder if it's safe to put hot beverages in as well...

I love the cup. It's fun and cute and makes me happy to look at and drink from.HOWEVER, once you receive the product you'll find that on the box it has cleaning instructions. It says to NOT use hot water or detergent/other cleaning chemicals. Wash only by hand with cold water. I thought okay that's fine. I had started off using it with soda and then washed it and drank a blended cappuccino from it. All was fine until I washed it and tried to drink water from it. Unbeknownst to me the glass had retained an odd flavor that seeped into my water. I had not noticed it before as I went from a soft drink to a stronger coffee drink. I am unsure how to get rid of the taste let alone how to properly disinfect/clean it as you can't use hot water or soap. It also says not to microwave or use in a dishwasher. I am okay with the fragility of the glass as I have another cup much more fragile and with similar care, however, I can properly clean the other one and not this one.I think the price is too high for just how fragile it is and the oddity of the cleaning instructions. I would not recommend for a child or for anyone clumsy or prone to accidents as I can 100% see it breaking.

I use this for alcohol because it doesn't hold enough liquid for it be used for tea or coffee for me.

I highly recommend this coffee mug which is a double wall insulated glass to all who love cute and happy things that make you smile and fill your heart with butterflies of happiness! Cheers!

So, my twelve-year-old daughter loves anything cute like this, and the minute I saw it, I knew I had to get it for her. I mean, come on. It's a bear mug. And it was wonderful while it lasted. Unfortunately, the mug isn't one solid piece. It's two pieces nestled together, and then sealed somehow, which we discovered when my daughter went to take a drink, the middle part separated, and she cut her lip on jagged glass. Considering all of the good reviews, we thought that maybe ours was an outlier, so we ordered another one. But now, she's too gun shy to drink out of it, so it's currently a cute addition to our cup rack. I would err on the side of caution and not buy it.

I have ordered this product 2 times now, with one being a replacement order for the first one. The first order I placed, I received a mug that isn't even listed for sale, which was quite strange. The second mug appears to be the right one, but it also looks pretty strange! It doesn't really look like it does in the sales pictures at all. The eyes are up way too high, when in the sales pics, theyre right around the mouth/nose. The pupils are also white instead of gray. The ears seem a little different too. This all combines to make it look different from the picture, and makes it look unappealing in person.

Received item quickly and was packaged securely for the cup. This is such a cute cup that I will have to buy more of these and gift them out to my friends who love these kinds of cups. So far with hot drinks, I barely notice that I'm drinking something hot when holding it in my hand. I am careful with waiting for the glass to cool before washing it so that the glass does not fracture. It's holding up for quite some time now with daily use. Definitely is worth it for gifting or just for keeping it to yourself :)

Ooo i love this cup!! It’s so cute!!Since it’s double layered, you can only feel the warmth from the outer layer when the cup is actually filled with a hot beverage.I did a bit for an experiment to see how much the cup actually holds -and I can confirm that it can hold the same amount as an average mug!!

It’s so perfect and the cutest didn’t fog up inside like other people said but I do wash and dry it straight after I use it!

I absolutely love this product but unfortunately the rim is slightly defective on my mug, which has resulted in water collecting in between the walls and it also steaming up, after the first use. However, I couldn’t fault the swift delivery.

My husband loves this wee bear for his coffee so much we have spares put away in case of accidents! "Coffee Bear", as he has been lovingly dubbed in our house, keeps drinks hot for quite a long time. I always pre heat my cups when making espressos anyway (I fill them with boiling water for about 3 min while I make the coffee) and I find if you do that with this cup it will keep the coffee properly hot for approximately 20m before it starts to cool enough to even notice, and to be fair he's usually finished it well before then!

Shame, I like everything about this cup. It's quirky and fun to drink from. A change from a normal mug.Unfortunately the hole on the outer wall of the insulated walls, that should be filled when manufactured hasn't been. So when I wash the cup it fills with water.Also, the return product system that is in place is really annoying. I'd just like another one sent out instead. But apparently that isn't a option. I have to send the product back, for me to be refunded and then buy it again. I could buy it before that, still annoying though as all I want is a replacement.
