This is a very attractive trash can. It looks great with all my burnished bronze fixtures. It’s sturdy, and easy to clean.

This waste bin is gorg. I have it in a section of my room where the hammered bronze look goes with a Mediterranean feel. Incidentally, I had to dump some water in it and it appears to be waterproof for short periods of time.

I love this small bin - it looks really expensive but was actually very reasonable. Perfect for my den.

I have a very old house, with many styles incorporated under one roof. I was looking for a metal trash can that would resemble the Arts and Crafts, and Craftsman style home. I found several, but hammered copper is extremely expensive, and I could not justify paying so much money for a small, bedroom trash can.I checked Amazon, and as usual it did not let me down. There was a wide range of styles available - at varying price points and in various styles. However, my eyes were drawn to this model of trash can. It is metal, rather small, and extremely suitable for bedrooms, or areas where little trash accumulates. But, best of all - it truly resembles an antique, hand-hammered copper object. The style is simple and elegant, it is difficult to tell that this is factory- made, and not turned- out by a craftsman of 100 years ago,This trash can is stunning in its authentic beauty. It is not described as being from a certain era, and no claims of hand hammering are mentioned. But, this little trash can does exactly resemble a small, antique, hand-hammered copper trash can. I took it out if the box, and was thrilled to see the apparent quality, sturdiness, and excellent value represented in this trash can.PI have a large quantity of original hand-hammered copper/brass items for my old house, and this trash can fit so well that it seemed to be made for my 105 year old house.Whether as a decorative touch to your older home, or as an interesting focal point in a more modern house, this trash can can fill the bill. It is lovely, sturdy, and simple...yet elegant.
