My skin always looks dull after busy, stressful weeks, so I tried this as a 3-day skin reset. Two bottles a day with light meals, totally manageable. By the end, my skin looked fresher and more hydrated, and I felt lighter overall. The taste is more herbal than sweet, but cold over ice it’s worth it for the ‘lit from within’ look.

Meh. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had just been feeling a little bloated and blah and wanted a day to "cleanse" and start fresh. I did the whole 6 bottle in a day with just lots of water inbetween... I have noticed ZERO difference in these past 2 days following. Also just a heads up that there is a relatively high SUGAR content in a few of them. When I'm eating clean my doctor tells me to avoid anything with 4g of sugar or more and several of these were definitely above that. Also, I don't weigh myself, but I'm 99% sure I didn't lose any weight, so if you are doing it for a Jumpstart to kick off a diet I certainly don't recommend. In the PLUS side, you don't have to worry about staying close to a bathroom or anything because it doesnt have any effects like that. Save your money. Not worth the money at all imp.

I'm giving this set 3 stars because overall the tastes were not terrible; and after 3 days of these juices and clean eating, I do feel refreshed. BUT. The listing shows that it can be used for 1-3 day cleanses, but there are NO directions or recommendations for how to use them. No advise on which bottles to drink each day (there are varying quantities of each type), no recommendations for diet during the cleanse (because they are too low calorie to use exclusively for 3 days), nothing. I checked their website, nothing there. I submitted the question through their website, through this listing on Amazon, AND emailed them, and didn't get a single response.

I bought this cleanse pack mainly for digestion, and it really surprised me with the skin benefits too. The cleanse is very gentle—not a harsh detox—so it was easy to follow with light meals, and my digestion felt calmer without side effects. The marine collagen drinks made a noticeable difference in my skin. After about a week, my skin looked more hydrated, less dull, and I had less morning puffiness. It feels like a real from-within glow. The flavors are earthy, which I like, and I usually drink 2 bottles a day, sometimes blending them with fruit. Overall, it feels like a balanced cleanse with skin support that you can actually repeat regularly, not a crash detox.

I like the taste of each drink. But I feel that $5 a bottle is too expensive for me. So for that reason, I will not repurchase.

Very refreshing drinks that are packed with fiber and nutrients! They were not too sweet and felt very hydrating! They worked as excellent meal replacements! My favorites were Peach, Mandarin, and Kiwi, as well as Mango Splash!
