These are exactly what I was looking for. My first loaf in them turned out beautiful.

Overall these worked nicely and are a nice addition to my kitchen appliances. Disclosure: I was given this product for testing and reviewing purposes.Cons-- when it first arrived the banneton has little shreds inside it that made me nervous that they would end up in my dough- it didn't happen but didn't like to have to worry about it- the bowls came with no directions- when you buy it online there is a description that does have directions but it would be nice and honestly was expected to have a written copy provided with the bowls-I'm not really sure the bowl added anything extra to my bread- I can't say it did or didn't- so maybe that's a neutral point- I don't like that I can't wash the bowl- I did use a rough brush to scrape out the dough but I couldn't get it all. Now what?!? Keep it in the freezer?Pros:-very durable, great design and looks great-love that I get two in two different sizes-Works well, directions said that the dough is ready when it rises a few inches above the bowl, which I found to be accurate- despite my fear of the basket pieces ending up in my bread that did not happen :)In addition to flouring the bowl I also added 1T of oil to the top of the doughs D made sure all the dough was oiled. This didn't effect the bowl and can be done in the future.I provided pictures of the little shreds I mentioned when I first got the bowls, the amount of flour I used to prepare the bowl, the dough in the bowl and of course the final product.
