The threaded part works with my present soap dispenser (with a neck of a 2-liter pop/soda bottle), but the inner stem was too wide to fit into one soap dispenser I have.For another, it worked fine.If the stem part that goes through the neck of your present bottle pump just barely fits through, or to put it another way, if the threaded neck part of the soap container is thicker than that of a 2-liter pop/soda bottle, then from my experience it might not fit for you.
