Bronson Korean Panax Ginseng Supports Energy, Endurance & Vitality + Memory and Mental Performance, 250 Capsules

I've been using this brand for man years. Ginseng helps keep my mood calm and with less anxiety.

Quality is what I describe when I see a few things in a product or service. I find safety with Bronson, this pill bottle has a plastic seal stating for your protection. I remember the wrapper and twisted the top off. Then a seal that says “sealed for your protection”. Next I find a cotton ball. This is always a hug indicator this hasn’t been opened with or tampered with. Quality to me had a lot todo with security and this bottle was secure. Next the price is for the consumer. “$10” if you check any other brand and for the same H-E-B as Panax ginseng you’ll find it higher than $10. Potency I’m writing this review having had 500mg before. I bought a 1000mg, I’ll update this to average I’m my own experience how effective and potent the effects of focus I have. If I have no effects today I’ll try it again tomorrow and the next day. If nothing seems to change I’ll want to know if the dosage is correct inside the pill bottle and it’s lab tested. I’ve never bought from this brand before but the bottle itself has given me high hopes. Hopefully that continues through out the usage I’ll check back in 3 days from now. Update: after continuing to Take panax ginseng I feel a gentle energy increase and helps me have a higher tolerance to stress. I also notice a very small amount of “clarity”, I think it pushes away brain fog it’s helped me “reveal” memory.

If what you're trying to do is lower your cortisol level, I have guinea pig evidence this stuff works. I took one of these pills with a pill of ashwaghanda and I had a sharp reaction; my right thyroid gland swelled like crazy and hurt like heck. It turns out if your cortisol level suddenly drops too low, this will make your thyroid gland shoot a large amount of TSH hormone. I spent all night drinking salt water; the swelling took two days to come down completely. DO CONSIDER I am 5ft tall and weigh 120lbs. It sure as heck lowered my cortisol level, but I don't think I would have had such a sharp reaction if the dosage had been a bit lower. I've tried taking it every other day, but the inositol I take for my endometriosis contains ashwaghanda, which also lowers my cortisol level. Its no use: I keep waking up with a pain in my thyroid gland in the morning. So I'm giving up on this brand and will be looking for panax ginseng in a smaller dosage. Still, if you have a bigger build than me, it may have more positive results on you.

Very average Ginseng with added ingredients. Im a ginseng junkie, I should have read the ingredients before buying. It'll do, but its not high end.
