Of course Michaelangelo is a master and my favorite artist. This book is large format and great reproductions of his paintings and sculptures. A great overview of his life and career. A treasure to add to your library and you’ll keep for life. Highly recommend if you’re a fan of Michaelangelo, the renaissance and great art in general. You’ll flip through this book over and over

This is 1 of the most impressive bks I've ever bought. The photos are gorgeous; some of the pgs unfold & open to 2x the size; there are even maps to show the layout of the Cistene Chapel. - Only 2 minor criticisms; the chapters are sorted by chronology rather than topic; & the bk is HEAVY. But nothing is perfect, right? Great gift, perfect coffee table bk.

I love this book! This is a superior book showcasing all of maestro Michelangelo’s work! It truly is a definitive collection of his work and shows why he is the premiere visual artist of all time!!

What a mavellous book, be warned, it is very heavy big book Everything about is wonderful and I wouldn't be without it.

Book is well worth buying but if you want it to arrive in good condition look elsewhere. Once again, spent a lot of money on a book at Amazon AU and it's put in a box that's too big with zero protection around it and gets damaged. Paid for quick delivery which used to reduce the chance of damage but not anymore. Delivery drivers don't pay attention to the arrows on the boxes and leave them on their side which will only create more damage if the books aren't well packed. Publishers produce excellent quality books only for them to be damaged on delivery. What a waste of resources. As usual, no way to leave feedback about the poor packaging unless you return the product. Even then nothing changes. What's happened, Amazon?

O livro é lindo! Em comparação à edição mais barata disponível para a venda na Amazon, esse volume é gigantesco (somente o comprimento é um pouquinho menor, quase 1 cm, daquele informado na descrição do site), o que otimiza a experiência de contemplar os detalhes das reproduções das obras nesse inseridas. No que toca à entrega, a Amazon cumpre sempre com a sua proposta de chegada bem antes do prazo, o que, a princípio, é muito bom para nós, clientes ansiosos por receber nossas aquisições. Entretanto, talvez por conta disso, ocorra o problema comumente relatado por outros diversos clientes que adquiriram livros de arte: o amasso nas extremidades das lombadas dos livros e de suas jaquetas. Fora isso, a quarta capa do meu volume (as capas desse livro são todas brancas), chegou com grandes riscos e um pequeno desenho de "jogo-da-velha". A sorte é que essas rasuras foram todas feitas à lápis, o que (ufa!) pode ser contornado com o uso de uma borracha branca. O livro chegou envolto em plástico, um alívio. Recomendo a aquisição? Claro, para ontem.
