Is this only intended for water?** A: It doesn't make anything, it keeps things Hot that you want HOT, you can keep Hot Chocolate in it, but it doesn't make Hot Chocolate, just like it doesn't make Coffee, but if you pour Hot Coffee in it, it will keep the Coffee Hot. It will also keep Cold things cold if you pour iced tea that's cold into it it will keep it cold. It's a Thermos. **Q: Has anyone put loose tea or herbs in this pot with hot water? On our last roadtrip I dropped it and it broke, so I ordered another on Amazon and had it shipped to where we were going. It arrived with a big dent in it, the box was fine, but the thermos was in bad shape, I returned it and they shipped another and this one too has a HUGE dent in it, I don't know what's going on with Amazon or whatever seller is shipping to me (it is a prime item) but I am not keeping a dented thermos.
