The bodywise hair gummies are similar to man matters gummies but good for nails also but rashes on body for few people . Great in taste. It supports good hair health. But no guarantee for hair regrowth or good hair density. Visible results after 70- 80 days of use. Eventually hydration, climate, work, stress, genetics, excercise and food habit matters the most.

I thought this will work but it didn’t 😭 I even gave my big sister 1 whole month course and she also doesn’t seen any benefits so it’s just a sugar candy with waste of money it may grow your nails but for hair it doesn’t work
