I bought the Tidal Tank for my 11-year-old son to help him build functional strength for baseball, and it’s been a great addition to his training. The shifting water keeps every exercise challenging and really makes him engage his core and balance. He actually enjoys using it, which is a huge plus. The quality is excellent, feels very durable, and I can tell it’s built to last. I’m really happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it to other parents with young athletes.

Bought this for my Grandson and he loves it. Appears to be very durable and the movement of the water will help him build additional ancillary muscles that would not get exercised w/ a regular weights or stationary workout.
