I was soaking a super plus tampon and an overnight pad ever 45 min to an hour. With drinking this herb in tea form along with lady's mantle and some soursop leaves. And ginger (freshly grated) My flow is way lighter cramps easier to deal with and it stops on time it normally would last me about 2 weeks a week of flow and then another week for spotting. This tea has my cycle now to a 7 day tops.. I hope with continued use I can make it even shorter. Yeah for me.. Review: Made a hormonal tea with this peony root,angelica,Shephard purse,red raspberry yarrow and chastetree berry. No more hormonal issues and 40 days and nights of heavy periods for me.
