Strong quality real metal and wood.

Takes a few minutes to assemble and looks really classy. I chose this largely due to the curved top for the headband, which does not leave marks on my leather headband on my Fostex TH-900. Nothing to complain about. There are some plastic bits (cable organizer) but it's not noticeable.
