Would it fit a 12" 5 gallon pot?

The 10" plant saucers are 10" wide at the top of the saucer and they taper down to about 8-3/4" at the base of the saucer, so if your pot is 12" wide at the base, these will be a little too small. We will be adding several larger sizes very soon.

What is the maximum weight the saucer will hold?

I'd say this is not a saucer meant to be picked up containing a plant of any size or weight. But it will definitely hold a heavy pot that fits the saucer without collapsing. I purchased them to contain whatever water might overflow my pots so as to not ruin floors. For this purpose they work fine.

What is the recycling code for this product?

These saucers are made out of plastic and have recycling code 3

We are looking for liners that canno exceed 16.5 inches at the top and must be not less than 15 inches at the base. Will the 16-inch saucer work?

The 16" saucer is, as the description says, 16" at the top and 14.5" across the bottom. So your needed 15" would be too large. I am sorry.
