Awsome cookbook Sambal Shiok: The Malaysian Cookbook
Well put together, and the recipes are easy to follow and understand.

Stunning Book!
I absolutely adore this book; the recipes are wonderful and the food photography is great! If I had to find a fault, it's that there isn't a photo of Mandy's beef rendang. For such a well loved dish, I think it's important. Nevertheless, that didn't stop me following the recipe and making the best beef rendang I've ever cooked. Also, you wouldn't believe how much the flavours develop when it's been in the freezer for a while. Truth be told, that's what prompted me to write this review as I've just finished off the last of the rendang I made about three months ago. Time to make another one!
