I love this product for a morning or midday reset! It keeps me focused and calm when things get a bit overwhelming. The taste is great and it’s easily added to a glass of water or whatever drink I am in the mood for during the day!

I wanted to take magnesium to reduce symptoms, primarily irritability but also heart palpitations. I’ve been taking this powder for a few weeks and it seems to work!It tastes better and is less expensive than the canned Recess; it also has more magnesium in it. I’ve been having it before bed mixed with tart cherry powder (which is tasty) and with capsules of taurine and glycine. Together this combo is making me sleep better and has evened out my general mood.I can imagine drinking this nightly at length, though I wish I had an option to get it without the extra ingredients (theanine and passion flower) as I’m not confident they’re meant to be take daily at length.Four and a half stars for being tasty enough and working; a half star off for being a bit pricey and because I wish there was a version without the calming aminos/herbs.

I take these with me on trips. It’s nice to drink this before bed instead of a glass of wine when I want to relax and wind down. I feel chill without any grogginess in the morning. Flavor is great!

Meh!!! Taste is not too good and I noticed no calming effects whatsoever. It probably does hydrate me, but other than that not what I was looking for.

it does the job. and you feel so pampery adding this to ur water or drink! perfect for calming down for any ocassion or reason. So much cheaper than the cans!

It does what it says , I got the citrus and tried it with my coffee , that didn’t go well but was excellent with juice. It does calm me down a bit and I have no side effects . I will definitely buy it again.
